You may be someone others rely on, the one who keeps everything together, shows up, and pushes through. But underneath, you might feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. Maybe you’re overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, especially those who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck internally. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Therapy with me feels like a real conversation, not overly clinical or judgmental. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also helping you understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll focus on building insight and developing tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I also support individuals from Latinx backgrounds who may be navigating cultural expectations, family roles, and their own personal needs. I value creating a space where all parts of your identity feel understood and respected. Over time, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control so you can manage anxiety more effectively, set boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with yourself.
